2000 年一天，俄罗斯的一位儿童心理学家突发奇想，他想：既然人性有许多的污秽面值得开发与挑战，如果让拥有天使般脸孔的未成年少女，演唱着魔鬼般邪恶的歌曲，结果会是怎样？不久他的构想成真，他遇到红发的 Lena 以及黑发的 Julia，两个 15 岁的少女，比他想像的还猛、还百无禁忌，他叫她们两个为 t.A.T.u.、组合成全世界最危险的人物。
